Shipping Info

  • Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time. 
  • Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
  • For pre-orders, we expect to ship out all orders within 2 weeks after the pre-order period ends. Pre-order timelines are subject to change based on manufacturing and production schedules. We will keep you informed of any updates regarding the shipment of your pre-order. 

Return Info & Process:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return, and you can place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
